- Utilizes Service Tickets to provide full information on Repair status as well as failed and required parts

- Supports creation of Maintenance events
- Service ticket procedures change Vehicle’s Category Code
- Searchable maintenance history to view parts/faults, loaded according to the synchronization rules
- Service Tickets functionality:
- Display/Record Vehicle attributes values at the time of Service
- View a list of Service Tickets
- Puts Vehicle on ‘Service Hold’ upon Service Ticket creation for the Equipment
- Releases vehicle from ‘Service Hold’ upon Service request completion
- Consume parts/materials from the inventory
- Display/Record faults, corrective actions and time spent
- Record services performed
- Release part from the Vehicle to inventory
- Produces Forms required for M3 workflows according to Decree
