Typically CoreIMS training program and certification is a part of COTS CoreIMS Implementation that could be done on-site or remotely. Training program also could be tailored to the Client’s business needs. Location, duration and depth of training will be determine based on complexity of the business processes and development of additional functionality when necessary.

Federal, State and Local Government Agencies

A training program available for purchase on the GSA Schedule/GSA eBuy. Training program includes access to CoreIMS training videos on our Training and Learning Management Platform CoreAchieve.

US. Government CONUS or OCONUS operations and its Allies

CorePartners utilizes our subject matter expertise, training experience, deep understanding of in-theater implementation challenges and extensively developed training platform to deliver high level training.

• Phased approach for systematic roll out of training and training support
• Team of CorePartners Trainers led by Master Trainer
• Baseline/situational evaluation to best determine approach for each training situation
• Utilization of CoreAchieve training platform
• In-theater support technical/integration
• Periodic updates to training (course refreshers) based on changes in the Core Systems (enhancements, new functionality, new modules)
• CoreIMS Certificationof trainees based on successful completion of training program based on type of User

Core Training Levels

• Core User Level 1– Certifies a user for their immediate functional areas of responsibility within Core IMS
• Core User Level 2– Certifies a user for user level capabilities for all Core IMS functionality
• Core Privileged User– Certifies privileged users, super users, and administrators who will have the capabilities and authority to make modifications within the system
• Leadership/view only access– materials for leadership to impart knowledge of report/read only access to Core IMS and provide buy-in to Core implementation
