Inventory levels can be closely monitored by site, and stock levels maintained using the CoreIMS™ Replenishment functionality. CoreIMS™ Kitting is used to decrement raw material supplies and report production.

The Result

The company has realized reduced shipping costs as most orders are shipped directly from the facility where they are produced. Before CoreIMS™ was implemented product was shipped from each production facility to a central store where it was checked for accuracy before delivery to the customer.
